The Jungle Collection was created by award winning mixed media artist Jenna Minchin (Jenna Lee Sai)

Jenna is based in Far North Queensland and is the former creative director and owner of The Secret Jungle Cairns tea room and alcohol-free cocktail bar (2021 - 2023). Her work is heavily influenced by the flora and fauna of the tropics, combining a range of digital and traditional illustration, design and painting techniques to create accessories and gifts that are sustainable and beautiful.

A Bachelor of Creative Industries’ graduate with a major in Visual Arts and a Minor in Art History, Jenna’s work draws inspiration from Art movements of the 19th and 20th century, notably Art Nouveau, Art Deco, and The Arts and Crafts Movement.

Jenna is also the founder and creative director behind The Minchin Tea Company, the sister project of The Secret Jungle Cairns, which focuses on high quality, hand-blended organic teas, and a range of tea related gift-wares, accessories and more. The Minchin Tea Company is sustainably focused, hand-blended, flavoured and packaged in Australia.

Jenna is currently studying a Masters of Teaching (Secondary) with a Media Studies major, and hopes to use her creative arts background to inspire young people to become confident, compassionate and creative individuals.
